I'm not sure if the "parcel tracking site" is the scam or if it's the company I ordered from or both

There was a flash sale on Facebook for HeyDude shoes, I placed my order and have been watching the site they sent me to for parcel tracking. They showed my package delivered last week, but I have security cameras and no package was delivered. I contacted my post office and the tracking number is uncrackable.
