I ordered a travel bag from what I thought was OVC online in mid-February 2024, I did not receive it. I disputed the charge with Discover Card and they investigated. They refunded my money while waiting for the company's response. Finally my money was credited back to me but only after Discover Card got involved. The company kept offering me 30%, then 45% then how about 75%. I kept insisting on getting the product or 100% refund. Now thanks to Discover I have received my refund!
