ordered a neck massage device from Facebook add. I received a plastic device with 3 parts . no instructions and the pieces don't even fit together! no contact info and the above address is also suspect

I ordered one to for my husband because he had been complaining with his neck muscles hurting. When he saw it, he just laughed !!!!!!
I ordered one and it came as described above. 3 pcs, no instructions and totally a joke. lesson learned.
