I got scammed , for Sure I was on Facebook marketplace looking for some really good deals for the holiday as I just got out of the hospital and I have been unemployed for about 2 months now I found a site that had some great deals on sneakers five pairs for $40, I got scammed for $45.67, and $44.82.. but as you can see in the pictures that I'm going to attach to this report they have been sending me correspondence but the tracking numbers that they're sending me are not found all of the websites that they are sending to me all weirdly have different names they are all kind of alike I can tell that it is the same company because one says Nike shoes the other one says nkshoefactory .. but what was billed to my debit card is the website aqura ladytonline... Immediately the website disappeared, as you can see in the pictures that I am attaching now it's just a women's clothes website! Cannot find the website at all for New sneakers but when I searched that name that came up on my debit card it came up with many other people that have had the same thing happen all with extremely similar stories as myself just with a different last name to the website but all maintaining that first aqura.. pretty much what that is is a payment processing platform that works between us and Hong Kong day process payments they are not held liable as I was reading in some of the other people's reports! I cannot contact anybody my debit card now will not refund me.. they gave me a refund for $0.89 for the international fee that I was charged because they said from what they can tell it is a legit company and I should get my order in the mail it's probably just taking a very long time which is absolute crap... I went online yesterday to track a different package and a picture of my package that had the sneakers in it was on that page totally weird but get this the order date changed from 11 days ago to just yesterday it says that I put the order in 11-23 which there's no way they didn't Bill my account again yesterday because I shut that down immediately I was not losing any more money to that company or any other company for that matter if I'm going to give money away it's going to be because I want to give it away not because somebody's stealing it from me! If anybody can help me and telling me where I should go or what else I can do to try and recover my money I would greatly appreciate it I am going to attach as much stuff as I have relating to this issue and other people that went through the same issue and I hope it helps somebody to not have this happen to them and possibly helps me to recover my money!
