I received a package that I told them to cancel within a 24 hour period and they told me they didn’t have that order number and then surprise they found it and shipped it out! The sandals don’t fit properly so I need to return them. I saw an add on fb and thought I would like them, within the 24 hours period for cancellation, I told them that I wanted to cancel the order. They said they couldn’t find that order number, so a few hours later I contacted them again to cancel the order again they couldn’t find the order number. Then when I tried again they said it was too late that the order was shipped
