day as I watch cable television I scanned the QR code as it says, and the companies name is supposed to be bright fire. Advertising a rechargeable, USB ported, electric plasma, lighter that requires no fuel, only electricity I got a cheap China torch lighter in the instructions are in the size of a credit card and it is all in Chinese writing.
