EU-TroPellyo, I made an order, paid and never got the product

On the 13/5/23. I made an order, paid and never got the product. That company was EU-TroPellyo. They even sent me emails saying the' trainers' order was confirmed on 14/5/23 and 15/5/23 they sent a tracking number. When l checked the tracking number days later the ' trainers' were at airport awaiting customs clearance...later on 16/6/23 when checked it said: Delivered, At Mailbox/courtyard. Absolutely NOT. This was a scam from the outset.
