I ordered the A313 item which should have come with a second tube of hylaronic cream, received only the A313 only. I reached out to them and was told they would compensate me $2 dollars (which wouldn’t have covered the tax)and the total price of the purchase was $27. I told them I would accept 13.50. After going back and forth a couple times they offered a refund of the item but I would be responsible for shipping item back along with being charged the shipping for the delivery. They are scammers, I was told that they couldn’t ship the cream because the warehouse didn’t have any!! Intentional scam!! I’m going to try to also report them to fb & instagram if I can figure it out. Email for the company paypal @braveappreciation. com
