I ordered sneakers for 50€ in November and they kept getting longer and longer depending on the status of my order.
On January 1, 2024, they sent me an email saying that the package had been delivered, which was a lie because I didn't receive anything.
I try to get in touch for a refund of my money and I don't get a response. I don't know what to do.
