Complaint for fraud against the 1erdBIS website and LAYURAD ONLINE and an order with a confirmed SZMD**** order dated 1/10/23On 1/10/23 I also placed an order that was confirmed to me by 1erDibs with the code SZMD**** and on 9/11/23 the tracking page appears to have been delivered. This delivery with number DMGJ00024**** was never delivered. As of 10/11/23, complaints begin to be made and they tell me to stop by the post office and ask the neighbors. I ask in the mail and they tell me that this package numbering does not exist in Spain so I keep complaining and asking which distribution company to consult and I don't get an answer. They always give me a long time but they don't solve anything for me. At a certain point on 16/11/23 they apologize to me and tell me that they will reimburse me the amount of $79.96, but this is also another lie. If anyone knows where you can report or how to recover the amount, please let us know so that it doesn't happen to other people. That's enough of scammers. We're supposed to be protected by your company
