I ordered 2 cabinets and received 2 pairs of socks. Contacted the company and they responded fairly quick. My initial purchase was 3 months ago. When I first contacted them, they said they would ship my cabinets ASAP and there was an error with packaging at the warehouse. A few weeks went by. I contacted them again. They said the supplies were on back order as they had a large demand for the product. They Wouldn’t give an estimated delivery timeframe. I have went back and forth with them several times the past few months. The most recent response from them was to be patient and they would give me a 30% refund for my troubles while still shipping the cabinets. Neither the refund or the cabinets have arrived.

Contact your CC company and file a fraud case. They will never ship you anything you ordered. My fraud case was resolved in 2 days. Its the only way to get your refund.
What number did you call about the cabinets.?
