They have hacked my email because I reached out to them regarding an order I placed and never received. I am in the process of switching my email account. I placed an order that I believed to be Ann Taylor. I reached out to Ann Taylor. I never received. Told me it would take 15-25 days for the refund.

Yes, this happened to me for a Macys backstage. I asked them for the name of the company that delivered it. And they would not give me the name. I just emailed them today. And I placed the order back in December 2025.
