Same I just got the same package with nothing inside!!
Someone or yourself ordered a product online and these packages are sent to scam the person and not receive the actual item. There also may be a 26 digit usps tracking number listed as the last update. The usps may show it as seized for counterfeit and yet try to deliver it to a town and wrong address. Once delivered with a different usps tracking on the package the scam website will not refund leaving you to fight to dispute it. I suspect someone in the usa is shipping out these packages and using foreign websites. The scammers are operating on instagram and shop.com
