I paid over $60 for an embroidery book and instructions to give to my granddaughter for Christmas….no instructions were included and it was not what we expected…I have emailed numerous times to ask to receive a refund or receive the instructions that were not included. No response. I’m thinking this is just another scam. I am retired, on a fixed budget and this is upsetting to me. I cannot afford to loose money as this is my Christmas present to her. I am very upset.
