Small white pkg. with a knee brace I didn't order arrived today 7/17. Tried to order from HSN a wagon that never came but this brace did. How do I report this scam?Ordered a product from an HSN website on Facebook. Never got a confirmation or tracking no. Could not reach the site that I had from that HSN Facebook ad. Today I received a small white pkg. with a knee brace inside that I didn't order. After reading other complaints, I realize this is a scam. What can be done?

I did the same exact thing! Also got this knee brace. I have no idea how to get the money back.🥴

I also ordered a wagon from HSN and just received a cheap pair of sunglasses in an even cheaper case. Unfortunately, this site seems to just take complaints, but does nothing about them. Probably run by EB Shipping. 😂

Yup! Ordered wagon got cheap sunglasses. What a scam!
