Dwarf Grass Seed on Instagram. I received the same- but in my case I ordered dwarf grass seed in a 10 pound bag and instead received this tiny package. I'm out $32. The return address is the same. The scammer has offered a refund if I send it back to China. Not sure if PayPal will get my money back. They're stating the scammer has to acknowledge they received the package back. And of course there's no USPS tracking in China. Not even sure the China address is real.
