I ordered 2 robot puppy from the company zynzoo. hmazz. com. I disputed the charged of $112.11. The invoice amount was given to me was about $69 including shipping fee. They charged me a handling fee and insurance fee. Then a company by the name of Gsert Gyyrs from 2420 Tech Center Pkwy Lawrenceville, GA 30043 sent me the product which is different from the company I ordered from. The product is just a regular toy that I can buy for $5 from the store. I will be returning this to this company and I think they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I'm assuming that this company found out about this order and charged me again for the same amount. My account was charged twice. What a scam.
