I received an unmarked box with an unidentifiable item that is clearly part of something with no directions - absolutely no idea what it is. I must have ordered something off a FACEBOOK ad and got this instead. There is no #order number, but it was addressed to me. I looked up my orders - nothing to CEATHERS LOTTYS.

I received the same item as described in the above comment. I’m in the same situation. I ordered something on Facebook and received the same unidentifiable item with no instructions.
It goes on the back of your seat to hold Kleenex box and drinks. Yes it was off of FB. I ordered a long time ago and even forgot about it and it just showed up today.

Me too. I ordered an item from FaceBook to fit on the back of a headrest in my SUV. I got an unmarked pile of junk with no instructions on how to a assemble this pile of junk. There is no logo (as advertised) and is useless. Live and learn - I guess.

Update: I filed a dispute with Visa, replied to the seller's email and told them about the dispute. I just received a full credit on my Visa card. They DO NOT want to deal with a Visa dispute.
