Put lure in water and just lays there. Don't do a thing.It's a problem with the product. The lure is to swim when placed in water. This one doesn't do anything. It's either a scam or defective product.
Company name on package is Grmando Oteroy 25 Horizon Dr. Asuwanee Ga. 30024. And yes I've tried to make contact. Looked up phone number and tried that to no avail.
