I also have been scammed by Bushutopia AKA stereodrip with their portable dog fence ad on Facebook marketplace. I ordered the dog fence for $49.98 and I received a screwdriver set worth less then five bucks. I am in the process of reporting it to my credit card company, and hopefully this will result in a chargeback to that company, and I will be made whole
