Safety Report: Dog almost died due to dream bones, Florida, USA

I had been giving my dog dream bones for a while but I noticed she started getting sick by vomiting and shaking. I took her to vet and they kept telling me me must’ve eaten something outside although I walk her on a leash
Just a few months ago she got violently sick and started vomiting diarrhea and even urinating blood. I took her to emergency vet hospital. They had to perform life saving care by giving her IV , plasma transfusions, blood transfusions and even a splenectomy to remove her spleen. I spent over 12k in vet bills as a result and to think something that I gave her that she enjoyed could’ve possibly killed her makes me sick. I still have to take her periodically to monitor her red blood cells and other issues.
Although she and I have been through a lot because of this ordeal I thank God that she is still alive compared to other dogs who have died as a result. These products should be removed from shelves. I contacted Amazon which is where I would purchase them from and they were not returnable but they were kind enough to give me a refund once I explained what occurred with my dog
