I ordered a snow thrower that looked to be coming from QVC but the charge when through from ACQRA and I have never received the product

I too ordered a snow blower from. QVC.it ended on this ACQRA site which is in China .got some tracking information from a different company supposedly it was delivered to my house.i tried to contact these people no luck.i also got hold of my credit card company and issued a fraud report Hopefully something good will come out of this .I am also contacting FTC Hope this helps Betty
