Tracked my order and they said it was delivered by usps. I contacted usps and they told me it was a fake tracking #. It is a scam and I got ripped off

The samething happened to me. These crooks have found a way to hack the usps site. I provided a video of the date and time the package was said to be delivered and in fact usps delivered something at that same date and time. I file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and usps attorney general. I sent the video and screen shots of the complaints I filed and they send me my money back in 3 days.
