I ordered a pair of orthopedic shoes. When I tried to track the item it showed that it started in China. I emailed the company because they did not give me an estimated time of delivery. Eventually I was informed that it was not delivered because of a wrong address. They sent it to the address I provided but without the house number, That made me very suspicious. How does a company send deliveries to a street without a number? I demanded they cancel my order and issue a refund.
