I placed an order in November 2023 for a battery operated snow shovels. It was a BOGO deal. I paid for them and kept checking the tracking on the item. Hoping for a delivery for a Christmas gift. I never received the item which according to the tracking said it had been delivered, I paid $46.72 plus .47 for ISA fee. I should be refunded due to I never received the item
