Same thing happened to me...Macy's - California Warehouse. Tracking number showed delivered from China to California but nothing after that. Unknown deliverly after that. Then just received 2 rings within a week apart. Didn't get my two clothing orders.
I also received an GraMoissanite ring I did not order.and they didn't have a phone # where to reach them. what should I do about credit card purchase did not get statement yet.

The day after it should of been delivered there was a charge to my bank account that the bank stopped and flagged as fruad. Then today I received 2 pairs of socks labeled sport.
