I ordered based on their description but the devices do not work as advertised. Product getting a refund offers no instructions on doing return.Ordered 4 TV sticks from Jerry Yasfbara, and they didn’t work. Need info on return and refund. All I have been able to find is a scam warning.
Their web site offers no way to contact them so yes I have tried with no success.
I did contact credit card company and the did refund the amount, but a new charge was placed but the credit card refused honoring the charge. Just let you know they are now making false charges. If I see one more I will get new card, which is a huge amount of work.
