On January 14, 2023, I placed an order with Dealsday for a Nativity Deluxe 17-piece set. The cost of the item was $49.36 (free shipping). Because I was tracking the item, I have evidence that the package was supposedly "delivered in/at mailbox" on January 25, 2023.On Feb. 8, 2023, I contacted LC Net < edwin@vipcservice.com> to report that my package had not been delivered.
On Feb. 10, 2023, I received an email response from Vanessa at LC net stating "For this issue, would you kindly contact the USPS".
Today, March 30, 2023, I am finally filing a sending a service request to my local Post Office facility to follow-up on this. HOWEVER, when I Googled to find the address of Dealsday (LC Net), I found many claims just like mine. PLEASE let me know what if anything can be done about this. I live in Woodbury, New Jersey. I am going file a claim with my bank too. Thank you
