I ordered thru PayPal 3 hoodies. I received my order. Wrong size not good quality.. I didn't get an invoice. Only a return address. So I sent them to this address David/LC 3646 South Wolcott Ave Chicago Illinois. I paid for shipping to the return address. After over 4 weeks I got my PKG back. Said unknown address. The PKG looked different. So I opened the PKG. One of the hoodies was missing. Now PayPal told me to send back to China and gave the address. PayPal didn't even have a address for them on there site where I ordered. So PayPal denied my claim. PayPal is turned into a China market. Every time you call PayPal you get China person. Of course they going to side with their kind. I send them the return address picture from the return address. I told them they were scammers. To look up this address. I been with PayPal 12: years. I quit using them. If PayPal going to be associated with scammers I am done with using them. People need to be aware of this with PayPal. They could live a lot of money....
