In May I ordered what was supposed to be a glucose monitor that you didn't have to prick the finger. It looked like an oximeter and read glucose by placing it on the finger. After I ordered the product my husband wound up in the hospital 4 different times and passed on the 3rd of August. There is supposed to be a 5 year guarantee. I would like to return the product and get my money back as I could truly use it right now. I am hoping someone can help me as I have no need for the product with my husband no longer alive. I received 4 of these.they are not what was advertised.

Just go to your bank or credit co and and report it as fraud. Bank or credit card should take care of it.
