My daughter who works at Fed ex on Bruner st in Henderson NV is lying about having Covid to the Apartment at S Eastern Ave Henderson NV for the sole purpose of me a 61 year old retired Disabled military veteran her mother.I left the apartment because she slammed me to the ground. I made a police report and left the apartment for my safety.I am homeless and am destitute living in my car with my service animals She lied to the leasing office about Covid and she’s been at work since 18 Dec to currently . I was abused by her and she’s lying to keep me living in my car. It’s the holidays and I should not be homeless because I decided to leave from a Domestic situation, I am going to file a complaint with Fed Ex about lying about Covid to keep me from returning because she knows Covid law can’t put you out the apartment.Please help me in this matter and to prove she’s working at Fed ex while lying to my leasing office to stay there. It’s Christmas for God sake.

On 17 Dec 2022 my daughter slammed me her 61 year old mother who needs housing because of my Disabilities. I’m 100percent disabled. I called the police, she lied to the police and since she and I are on the lease, I just left with my 2 service animals and been sleeping in my car with my injuries. She lied to out leading stating she has Covid, which she lied before to Fed Rx her employer. She NEVER had Covid. Also the Covid act she knows well. Is preventing the leasing office from bothering her and she stays in the apt while I live in my car. I can prove she was never positive for Covid. I have been staying at dog parks with my service animals and the leasing office can’t get involved or touch her because she saids she has Covid but working at Fed Ex from when I left 17 Dec 2022. Please check the dates. You can call the leasing office and compare the Covid lie to keep me from taking over the lease. I’m required with the Disability Act to have a place to stay..
