Ordered a Gem cup never received an email or receipt. Had no way to check on it or contact seller. Took weeks to come, pkg heavily damaged when arrived. The return label was Monica 20 Willow st. Normal il. Cup nothing like website showed. No info to contact about return.

I bought 4 items from the same TikTok shop which arrived today from MONICA 20 Willow St. Normal IL 61761. No packing slip or receipt. All not as advertised and paint chipped on 2. Paid via PayPal which issues receipt with vendor info. It’s all I have to go on because TT doesn’t have this order listed in my order history which is very suspicious. TT does have info on the vendor though and lists contact info as support@meritlilian.com PayPal’s contact info for vendor is jzyork0729@163.com
