COVID-19 symptoms but not bad enough to get tested, California, USA

Just came from the ER again because of extreme symptoms caused by the antibiotic fighting the pneumonia. Meanwhile, the doc says there's a good chance I have COVID-19, but they STILL can't test me because they're saving the tests for those with symptoms bad enough to be admitted.
