Employer is requiring that clinic see COVID postive patients for blood draws and other non-emergent needs. 2. Employees not provided appropriate respiratory protection (N95s). Complaint Received: 11/23/2020 Location: 4012 SW Alaska Street, Seattle, WA, 98116 Alleged Hazards: 3. Employees not allowed to bring their own PPE/N95s; must wear the surgical mask provided by the company Complaint Received: 11/23/2020 Location: 2301 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA, 98121 Alleged Hazards: 4. Lack of proper ventilation to conduct COVID19 testing. 5. Staff perform phlebotomy services for COVID suspect and COVID positive patients without provision of N95s. 6. Staff not permitted to wear their own N95 masks. 7. Unable to disinfect contact surfaces in lobby and clinic areas due to lack of time. 8. Lack of a specific COVID19 testing room exposes both employees and future patients to COVID19.
