01. Operators of forklifts are not provided required training that is specific to the establishment: employees do not undergo performance evaluation before being required to operate forklifts. 02. The heating in the plant is inadequate. 03. No enforcement of St. Louis City Health Department's COVID-19 requirements or CDC guidelines. Employer claims they are only guidelines: a. No enforcement of social distancing b. No hand sanitizers except in the breakroom c. Masks are not easily available and the use of masks is not enforced d. Equipment is not wiped down between shifts to prevent COVID-19 transmission. Employees go into the plant before can find any wipes to use. The surfaces employees touch before you get into plant are not wiped with disinfectants. e. The restrooms are unsanitary
