1. The owner is requiring us to reuse masks, gowns and face shields for multiple days for COVID testing, and wants us using the same supplies on non-COVID patients. 2. The back of the office has had a leak in the ceiling for over three months and has water coming from light fixtures and fan units in the ceiling.
