1. The owner is requiring us to reuse masks, gowns and face shields for multiple days for COVID testing, and wants us using the same supplies on non-COVID patients. 2. The back of the office has had a leak in the ceiling for over three months and has water coming from light fixtures and fan units in the ceiling. The only attempt to fix this has been to replace tiles and place buckets in the ceiling.
