CSLB #1008402 This is a new construction. I'm a subcontractor. My employer is Proway Plumbing. Foreman name is PII, don't know his last name. Proway Plumbing address is unknown. Don't know CSLB#. Not adequate washing stations. Not required to wear facial coverings. Many opening on the building without proper railings. Window or balcony. Building is 7 stories tall. I just started working there. This will be my last week because it's unorganized. Windows and balconies without railing are on all different levels. FMB Development is the GC or owner of project. T8CCR§1527 - Not adequate washing facilities. T8CCR§3203 - Not required to wear facial coverings for COVID-19. T8CCR§1620 - Building openings without proper railings. No Project Permit.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
