1. Skywood recovery is in the midst of a COVID-19 outbreak with over a dozen positive cases in less than a week. Numerous patients and staff have been tested positive. 2. Social distancing is rarely observed and there are no safety precautions for staff or patients. 3. Patients with covid are being kept onsite in poorly ventilated areas and staff do not have the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to safely protect themselves while caring for the needs of positive patients. 4. Many departments are understaffed and working without breaks and support from upper management. 5. Proper cleaning and sanitizing is not being utilized for work and eating surfaces in majority of buildings. 6. No contact tracing is being performed and no one is informed if they have been exposed to COVID-19 and do not know they are positive unless they start to develop symptoms. 7.
