1. Employees working in the Saint Rafael Campus are being exposed to COVID-19 when performing aerosolizing procedures such as bronchoscopies are being conducted in rooms without negative pressure when negative pressure rooms are not available. A HEPA filter has been brought into the room but the room is still not negative pressure. 2. No formal research proven policy or procedure has been created to ensure staff safety when working with possible COVID-19 patients nor appropriate room set up is done.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 15
