1. People on forklifts are up in cages with the safety gate open with no safety gear. 2. No tie offs no vests no glasses etc. 3. There is a lot of dust flying around and the workers are not wearing any ppe. 4. They don't have any safety policies in place. 5. The employer has not implemented a COVID-19 prevention program including good housekeeping practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment. 6. The employer has not implemented social distancing as part of a COVID-19 prevention program. 7. The employer has not implemented a COVID-19 prevention program including things such as wearing face coverings and or not wearing face coverings properly, training, social distancing, etc.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 29
