1. Zero COVID-19 mask compliance on the shop floor, even when working closely with others. 2. Employees are required to do a self-test upon arrival for a shift, the test is unsupervised and all employees are all using one IR thermometer and one pen, with no sanitization between uses. 3. No sanitization of any facilities occurs. 4. Missing physical or light barriers on lasers and brake presses. 5. There are damaged feet on the heavy duty shelving units. 6. Employees are expected to climb up the shelving units to reach high product, as opposed to a ladder. 7. Improper ventilation causes the shop to fill up with welding fumes.
