1. The porta johns throughout the host employer's property are unsanitary. The employees are not allowed to leave the site or use the hose employer's restrooms. 2. The employees do not have potable water and soap to wash their hands. The employees are not allowed to leave the site or use the hose employer's restrooms. 3. There is no pandemic plan for COVID-19 including engineering/administrative controls, education/training, cleaning/disinfecting, screening/monitoring and quarantining employees.
