1. Last week, an employee came to work and said that she wasn't feeling well and was showing symptoms of COVID-19. The employee notified the employer on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 that they received a positive test result for COVID-19. 2. Last week when the employer knew that the employee was symptomatic the employer did not send the employee home and did not notify any employees about the potential exposure. 3. The managing doctor, PII, has not notified anyone in the office of the potential exposure hazard.Alleged Hazards: 3,
