1. No enforcement to ensure employees wear mask. 2. No cleaning supplies are provided for employees to clean the store 3. No enforcement to ensure employees and Customers Social Distance. 4. No enforcement of employee and customer occupancy to ensure 6 foot social distancing is provided. 5. The employer does not notify their employees within 24 hours of finding out another person in the building tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. 6. The employer does not have an Infectious Disease Control plan to prevent workers from contacting COVID- 19 Virus. 7. The employer does not train their employees on What is COVID 19?, How to prevent it, including training on the employer's Infectious Disease Plan. NOTE: On December 29, 2020 - Email received from manager with American Telecommunications who advised that the facility had been acquired by Wireless Vision.
