The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, in that: 1. Employees are not wearing face coverings, and the employer is not enforcing it. 2. Customers are not wearing face coverings, and the employer is not enforcing it. 3. Employee workstations/desks in various departments (service, sales, accounting) are not 6 feet apart. 4. Employees are permitted to eat/drink at their workstations, within 6 feet of other employees. 5. The employer refuses to provide masks to employees and customers who enter the facility without a face covering. 6. The employer is not notifying employees of COVID-19 cases within the establishment. 7.
