Employees are, or could be, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. There are numerous cases of the infection among members of the workforce: it is spreading rapidly; 2. The employer is not informing employees when coworkers in their vicinity test positive or contract the infection; 3. Some employees are working side by side, not maintaining 6 feet of distance apart; 4.
