1. The fire exits are being blocked with product in the receiving department. 2. The employer does not remove live wires that are not being used exposing employees to electrical safety hazards with the exposed wires. 3. Employees are scheduled temporarily in a department different from the department they were originally assigned to, and the employer does not provide the employees with training regarding the safety hazards in the temporary workstation. 4. The employer does not clean and/or disinfect the restrooms and the breakrooms on a regular basis which is potentially exposing the employees to contracting the COVID-19 virus. 5. Employees are exposed to electrical hazards when getting off of forklifts. The employees have to be careful not to touch anything as they exit the forklift. 6.
