1. Flammables are stored outside of flammable cabinet (spray paint area) 2. There is no eyewash station (It was removed during renovation and never replaced) 3. There is no fire evacuation plan 4. Some of the fire extinguishers are completely blocked 5. There are no marked areas so that employees can walk safely in the warehouse 6. Forklift drivers do not use their seatbelts and are not properly trained 7. The spray paint booth is not properly ventilated 8. Welders do not use proper welding PPE and safety glasses are not used when drilling (flying particles) 9. The ventilation is poor in the office (upstairs) and employees do not wear masks to prevent the spread of COVID 10. Temporary workers are not properly trained.Alleged Hazards: 9, Employees Exposed: 50
