Workers are not wearing masks or social distancing. Many workers are working under the influence of alcohol and narcotics. The breaks on the majority of the forklifts don't work and they don't have e-brakes. There is no proper ventilation. Most of these issues are happening during the 3rd shift which is from 10:00PM to 6:AM because there is no supervision during this shift. There are between 15 and 20 workers during the 3rd shift.
