1. We had an outbreak of COVID-19 that was not reported to the local health department. 2. We work in a small area so everyone, even with masks were in close contact as defined under current Center for Disease Control (CDC) standards. Management forced employee to work even employees that were exposed (outside of work) to individuals with confirmed case of COVID-19. 3. Management has harassed employees forcing them to come to work even if they have come into contact with a covid positive individual. Employees were told that exposure to covid positive individuals will not be accepted as a reason for missing work. 4. This exposure event occurred around Easter, so every person that visited the bakery were potentially exposed to covid. We should have shut down for everyone to get tested, especially since our staff is very small and we work in close quarters.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-13
